City Hall – Utrecht

The City Hall Utrecht, with its undulating façade featuring fishtail trusses, and the associated windscreen on the railway side, are under annual maintenance by Octatube Services. The curtain wall, consisting of 1104 m2 of horizontally tensioned fishtail trusses, requires various window cleaning installations and rope-access techniques to reach all parts of the façade. After conducting structural inspections and inspecting the sealant joints, the façade is thoroughly cleaned to restore its original look.
